Finnis House

Finnis House was part of a dual occupancy development featuring two distinctly different homes that compliment each other. The home's striking organic facade is a blend of brick, metal cladding, and timber. The entrance, through a secure front courtyard, unveils a formal living space that leads to the expansive living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room features a dramatic double-height void, enhancing the sense of space and light. North-facing sliding doors open onto a covered terrace and a lap pool with a focus on indoor - outdoor entertaining.

The master suite is located on the ground floor with a private courtyard. Additionally, there are three more bedrooms upstairs, including a second ensuite and a main bathroom.

The interior spaces are finished in natural timber with emphasis on an abundance of natural light from all aspects.

Details such as the timber ceiling and the highly crafted timber staircase place emphasis the sites natural leafy surrounds.
