Dunstan Street House
The street façade presents a strong linear brick frame, which is articulated by the entry portal, frameless corner study window and a discreet garage door. The light filled entry links the two main living areas of the home, which contains four bedrooms plus guest bedroom and two ensuites. Oversized double glazed openings maximise solar orientation and garden views. The homes energy efficiency is enhanced by well insulated walls, thermal mass via double brickwork and off form concrete floors.
The home has been built within a tight budget and timeframe and exquisitely built by D3 Projects.

“We were looking for an architect who was able to design a house that would stand the test of time and grow with our young family. Steven came highly recommended by his former clients and as well as builders who had worked with him on previous projects. When we met Steven we knew he was the one who would be able to bring our ideas into reality. Steven is a straight shooter and his designs are on point. He was able to maximise the use of block to its full potential. Steven and his team are extremely collaborative and efficient.
We get so many compliments on the house and love the design. We will be working with Steven again to do the second stage of the build which is to put a pool and a cabana area. We love the house! Thank you Steven for making the whole process to enjoyable and seamless. We would have no hesitation in recommending Steven to anyone.”
